Application of hydraulic cnc busbar machine,

This machine is for copper/aluminum busbar bending, punching and shearing. 

This machine is widely used in high-low switchgear manufactuting, electrical control panels building, power station establishment etc.




 




Features and advantages:

1. The punching unit uses ductile iron to process the turret typed integral rotary table, which is capable of storing six diestation according to different request. 
2. The mold mounting hole is processed with the CNC machining center which offers higher precision ,this improves the concentricity and extend the service life of the mold ,and also the mold do not need to change frequently when using. 
3. The shearing unit adopts double column double knives shearing structure, guarantees the notch smooth, no waste materials and long term use without deformation.

5. Numerical controlled bending angles.The NC system also has memory and error compensation function
6. Panasonic PLC control is more stable and reliable than the traditional electric relay.
7. The hydraulic oil tank uses 3mm steel plate with phosphating process, so the hydraulic oil will not degenerate after long usage.
8. Three cylinders, three oil pumps, so the three functions can be operated simultaneously to improve the working efficiency.
9. The hydraulic oil tube adopts the International Atype connection, very durable and also easy to repair.
10. Equipped with caster wheels, easy to move.
